Event Overview
The LevelUp Athlete Expo is an educational and mentorship-focused event designed to help the next generation of athletes better understand the opportunities and responsibilities that come with competitive sports, recruiting, and Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL).
The event brings together current and former collegiate athletes to share their experiences, provide mentorship, and help younger athletes better prepare for their future in athletics.
As a LevelUp Guest Athlete, you will participate as a speaker, mentor, and representative of the event.
Guest Athlete Role
Guest athletes play an important role in helping younger athletes understand the realities of competitive sports and college athletics.
Your participation will help create a positive and educational environment where athletes can ask questions, hear real experiences, and gain insight into topics such as recruiting, mindset, and NIL opportunities.
Event Responsibilities
Participating athletes agree to the following responsibilities:
Event Attendance
Guest athletes will attend the LevelUp Athlete Expo and participate in scheduled programming throughout the day.
Breakout Session Participation
Each athlete will lead or assist in a breakout session during the event.
Suggested topics may include:

College recruiting experiences
-
Transitioning to college athletics
-
Mental preparation and confidence
-
Balancing school and athletics
-
Social media and NIL opportunities
Athletes may select from suggested topics or propose their own in coordination with Salto Sports Group.
Athlete Panel Discussion
Athletes will participate in a moderated panel-style Q&A session where attendees may ask questions related to:

College athletics
-
Recruiting experiences
-
Student-athlete life
-
NIL opportunities
-
Personal experiences in sport
Athlete Interaction
Athletes are encouraged to interact with attendees throughout the event by answering questions, offering encouragement, and sharing advice with younger athletes.
Vendor & Brand Engagement
The LevelUp Expo will include brand and vendor partners. Athletes may be asked to visit vendor booths and participate in short social media content demonstrations with attending athletes.
These demonstrations help teach younger athletes how to responsibly create brand-friendly content and better understand NIL opportunities.
Participation in these demonstrations is informal and educational in nature.
Social Media Promotion
To help promote the event and expand its reach, guest athletes agree to post three promotional social media posts or reels prior to the event.

Suggested content includes:
1. Event Announcement
Announce that you will be attending and speaking at the LevelUp Athlete Expo.
2. Reflection Post
Share something you wish you had known when you were a younger athlete preparing for competitive or college athletics.
3. Excitement Post
Share what you are most looking forward to about participating in the LevelUp Athlete Expo.
These posts help introduce the event to more athletes and allow more families to benefit from the experience.
Athlete Compensation
Guest athletes will receive the following compensation:
Base Appearance Compensation
$500 Appearance Fee
This fee compensates athletes for:

Event attendance
-
Breakout session participation
-
Panel participation
-
Mentorship and interaction with attendees
-
Pre-event social media promotion
Payment will be issued following completion of the event.
Attendance Bonus Potential
As overall event attendance increases, guest athlete compensation may also increase.
Additional compensation may be provided based on final event attendance and overall event success.
If applicable, compensation adjustments will be communicated prior to the event.
Athlete Marketing Opportunities
Athletes are welcome to promote their own personal brands during the event.
This may include:

Selling personal merchandise

Promoting apparel or product lines
-
Offering services such as choreography, camps, or clinics
-
Promoting digital products, training guides, or personal websites
Athletes retain 100% of revenue from their personal products or services.
Salto Sports Group does not take commission from athlete merchandise or services sold during the event.
NIL Compliance
This agreement is intended to comply with applicable Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) rules.
Athletes are responsible for submitting this agreement through their institutionā€™s NIL disclosure platform if required by their school (such as Opendorse, INFLCR, or NIL Go).
Salto Sports Group will provide any documentation necessary to assist with NIL disclosure submissions.
Agreement Acknowledgement
By submitting the form below, the athlete confirms that they:

ā€¢ Agree to participate in the LevelUp Athlete Expo under the terms described
ā€¢ Understand the compensation structure for participation
ā€¢ Acknowledge responsibility for complying with their institution's NIL policies

After submitting this form, you will receive confirmation of your participation. Please keep a copy of this agreement for your records and NIL disclosure submission if required by your institution.
