While college gymnastics and recruiting are important topics throughout the event, LevelUp is about much more than earning a college scholarship. Athletes will have opportunities to learn about confidence, performance, goal setting, social media, personal branding, choreography, nutrition, and other tools that can help them succeed both inside and outside the gym.

LevelUp is designed to be an interactive experience, not a day of sitting and listening.

Throughout the day, athletes will rotate through a variety of activities, workshops, and experiences led by current NCAA gymnasts, industry professionals, and featured partners.

Athletes can expect opportunities to:

• Get photos and autographs with featured athletes
• Attend choreography and performance workshops
• Experience VR vision and reaction training technology
• Participate in social media and content creation challenges
• Enter the Leo Design Contest

• Compete for prizes, giveaways, and raffle items throughout the day

Most importantly, athletes will have the opportunity to build relationships, ask questions, and gain real-world insight from people who have recently navigated the same path they are on.

LevelUp is more than a camp, clinic, or conference. It's a chance to connect with the gymnastics community and explore opportunities that extend beyond the gym.

Athletes should wear comfortable athletic clothing they can move in throughout the day. They are also encouraged to bring leotards, backpacks, or other gymnastics items they may want signed by guest athletes.

Yes. Athletes may bring their own food and snacks, and there will also be light refreshments plus food and drink options available for purchase from vendors and food trucks. Additional food details will be shared closer to the event.

No. Social media experience is not required to attend LevelUp.

While social media, athlete branding, and NIL education are topics covered at the expo, they represent only a small portion of the overall experience. Athletes will also participate in mentorship sessions with NCAA gymnasts, Q&A opportunities, meet-and-greets, choreography workshops, goal-setting activities, contests, vendor experiences, and more.

For families interested in learning about social media, our sessions will focus on safe, age-appropriate strategies and best practices for athletes.

For families who prefer not to use social media, that's perfectly okay too. The lessons, relationships, and experiences available at LevelUp extend far beyond posting online.

Our goal is to help athletes and families make informed decisions that align with their own values, goals, and stage of development.
