Why Athletes Matter

Most athletes spend years training, competing, and chasing goals—but rarely get access to the knowledge that actually shapes their future.

Recruiting, high school and college life, social media, and NIL are things most athletes are left to figure out on their own. From injuries and setbacks to nerves and skill blocks, these are the challenges that every athlete faces—and the ones that often define their journey.

LevelUp was built for this.

By bringing in athletes who are living it right now, we’re giving the next generation real insight, real stories, and real guidance—so they can move forward with clarity and confidence.

What You'll Learn

LevelUp is built around a simple idea: some of the most valuable lessons in gymnastics come from athletes who have already lived the journey.

Our featured guests are current collegiate gymnasts who have navigated recruiting, competition pressure, setbacks, and the transition to college athletics.

Hearing directly from them gives younger athletes real insight, honest advice, and a clearer picture of what the next level of the sport truly looks like.
